Dues (which include ACA membership) are: $40 Individual Membership; $50 Family Membership for two + $5 each addition person.

To become a member of the CCCS and the ACA: Using your browser, print a CCCS membership application. Then print one ACA / CCCS liability waiver for each family member. Fill the documents out, then mail them with the appropriate dues to:
