Here's a new one: A parking hazard exists in the vicinity of Hannah Bridge. It appears the Linn Co. Sheriff,
by executive fiat, has revoked public access to the creek at the bridge and plans to cite vehicles parked near the bridge for trespass. UPDATE: As long as boaters park their cars within the public right-of-way (apparently 30-feet either side of the road's center line), the Sheriff will take no action against them. |
