To submit a photo, you should include it as an attachment in an email. Simply use the file attachment feature in your email program (found under the menu item "Insert" in Outlook Express; a menu bar icon in Netscape's or Opera's mail program) to select and attach a file to your email.
Email messages are restricted in size to a little over 1 MB, including attachments. If your photos are large (high resolution), you may have to use separate emails for each. If you can, edit your photos to a resolution no greater than 1024 x 768. Remember to fully identify yourself and your photos in your email. Unidentified attachments will not be opened.
